I bought two Groupons: one for face and body and another for genital area. Can I use them at the same appointment?

Yes, you can! Just book two 30 minutes appointments one after another: one for Face and Body Electrolysis 30 min and the other for Genital Area Electrolysis 30 min

How to prepare for the appointment?

Before your first visit, please, make sure that:

1) You have read the list of contraindications. If you have any of the listed contraindications, you have received permission to undergo electrolysis from your doctor.
2) Your hair length in the area for treatment is at least ⅛ in. (3 mm), because after the hair follicle is treated, it is pulled out with tweezers.
3) You come to your appointment hydrated, inside and outside. Drink plenty of water, and don’t forget to moisturize your skin!
4) You have a good meal prior to your appointment, since hungry clients usually have a lower pain threshold.

Our booking system requires your bank card, but it doesn't charge you at the time of booking, or after the appointment. You will have to have your Groupon voucher with you (printed, screenshot, or online), and present it in the beginning of your appointment.

LATENESS POLICY

Your time is of great value, and we hope to provide prompt and dynamic service, which requires us to keep on schedule.  Therefore, we would like to request you to be present at the scheduled time. If you are running late or need to cancel an appointment, we request that you provide notice at least 24-hours before the appointed time by calling 801-631-0352.

Most of our Groupon customers never had electrolysis before, that's why Groupon is a great opportunity for them to know more about this hair removal method and experience it by us providing a small patch test. Every minute is very valuable at this kind of appointment, and in the event that you arrive late to a scheduled appointment, your appointment can be cancelled, because we may be unable to provide a quality service.

In case if  you must leave an appointment early, we must charge you for the full scheduled time.

 

NO SHOW APPOINTMENT POLICY

If you do not show up for your confirmed appointment without proper notification prior to the scheduled service you will lose your session. The rescheduling fee will be collected for the next appointment.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

Groupon appointments can only be rescheduled one time, as long as it is 24 hours in advance of the confirmed appointment. If you reschedule your Groupon service more than once & would still like to receive the service purchased; you will lose the promotional value & be responsible for paying the difference of the promotional value & the selected electrolysis service value.
