LATENESS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is of great value, and we hope to provide prompt and dynamic service, which requires us to keep on schedule. Therefore, we would like to request you to be present at the scheduled time. If you are running late or need to cancel an appointment, we request that you provide notice at least 24-hours before the appointed time by calling or texting 801-631-0352. In the event that you do miss or arrive late to a scheduled appointment, or that you must leave an appointment early, we, unfortunately, must charge you for the full scheduled time.
We require a fifty percent (50%) non-refundable retainer for all appointments 2 hours or longer. The invoice will be sent to your email shortly after we receive your booking. The invoice must be paid the same business day we sent it, or within 3 hours if the appointment was scheduled less than 48 hours in advance. Retainer fees are non-transferable meaning if you cancel, you will need to pay another retainer fee for a new appointment.
Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without providing advance notice may only schedule a new appointment* by contacting TS Electrolysis via phone/text (801-631-0352) or e-mail (tatvzn@gmail.com). *Including redemption of Groupon or other vouchers.
Clients who canceled or rescheduled 3 appointments can be refused to be serviced.
All clients agree that they will provide a valid credit card to be kept on file. This card will only be charged in case of late cancellation or no-show.
MINORS POLICY
All children under 16 are prohibited from receiving the procedure, due to the permanent nature of electrolysis and the risks associated with the treatment. Children under 18 require a parental consent form, and a parent or guardian must be present during the first consultation before the procedure.
CHILDREN POLICY
Due to the delicate and intricate nature of the procedure, as well as the compact size of the treatment room; young children are prohibited from entering the room.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for the treatment is expected at the time of the procedure. Cash and major credit cards, but not personal checks, are accepted.
GIFT CARDS POLICY
Your use of gift card constitutes acceptance of TS Electrolysis Policies. TS Electrolysis gift card is redeemable for services and merchandise only at TS Electrolysis. The gift card may be returned, and redeemed or refunded, for cash in the amount of $4.99, as provided by Washington state law.
