You booked your appointment. Congratulations! You are motivated, excited, and perhaps a little bit nervous to begin this journey to the hairless you. To make this journey as smooth as possible, please make sure that, before the appointment:
1) You have read the list of contraindications here. If you have any of the listed contraindications, you have received permission to undergo electrolysis from your doctor.
2) Your hair length in the area for treatment is at least ⅛ in. (3 mm), because after the hair follicle is treated, it is pulled out with tweezers.
3) You come to your appointment hydrated, inside and outside. Drink plenty of water, and don’t forget to moisturize your skin!
4) You have a good meal prior to your appointment since hungry clients usually have a lower pain threshold.
